Henrietta Jenrette: Signs of the times
A sign stealer may predict a state office Democratic victory this election.
Six signs were posted at roadside near my home a few days ago. The “Clinton-Kaine” sign was taken recently. Still standing are “Roy Cooper,” “Deborah Ross,” “Linda Coleman” and two “Joe Johns.”
I can only conclude that “Clinton-Kaine” was taken by a Trump supporter who couldn’t care less if Democrats win the state elections. And if other Trump supporters don’t care either, it seems clear that Democrats will win North Carolina offices.
