Petrea Marvin: It’s not OK to obstruct

Regarding the Senate Republicans who openly refuse to even consider any Supreme Court nominee put forth by Hillary Clinton, why is it OK for an elected official (who ultimately reports to the voting citizenship) to simply not do their job, and even to brag that the position will still be vacant in four years? Why is this OK?
