Debbie Harmon: WRAL right to censor profanity

Regarding the Nov. 14 news article “WRAL silences parts of ‘Saturday Night Live’ episode”: Thanks to WRAL for censoring SNL. No one seems to care if language is offensive anymore. People just say whatever they want whenever they want to.

I was just last week at the United States vs. Mexico soccer game, and the language was the worst I have ever hear at a sporting event. We have been to a number of USA soccer games but never like this. No one cared if children were sitting right there.

Sad times when they do not think of those around them. So I applaud WRAL for doing the right thing!
