Susan Marshall: Going back in time

People say the Republican Party is anti-science, but we do have to give the GOP some credit. No one else has managed to invent time travel.

We’re going to get to live through the fall of the Roman Empire as a once-great nation devolves into a circus, Germany in the 1930s as people and the government vilify and physically attack those different from them and the 1950s and ’60s when it was the heyday of the KKK in the South and women died from backroom abortions.

How fortunate we are.
