Victoria Shea: GOP trying to rig election

“Packing” the state Supreme Court because the results were not what the Republicans in the General Assembly wanted is an outrageous idea.

Justice-elect Mike Morgan won a seat fairly and decisively. That election changed the balance of the seven-member court from 4-3 in favor of Republicans to 4-3 in favor of Democrats. So now legislators reportedly want to add two seats that the outgoing governor would fill with more Republicans?

I can’t think of a more blatant example of rigging an election after the fact.
