Harvey S. Sapir: Leaves and busy streets

Fall is the combination and fallen leaves, the sound of leaf blowers and the eternal question “Where do leaves go when blown into the middle of a busy street?”

To all the landscaping companies who direct the blown leaves into the middle of Six Forks and like streets, if there isn’t a law against it, there should be.
