Ed and Ruth Clayton: Jones Street circus

When a circus comes to Raleigh, we normally see it at the fairgrounds or at the PNC Arena. For several years a circus has been in residence on Jones Street in the form of the North Carolina General Assembly. The next act is always more ludicrous than the last. The residents of North Carolina deserve better.
