Lynn Andrews: Adjust magistrate compensation
Public servants should not be permitted to choose which members of the public they will serve. If magistrates or registers of deeds do not want to provide marriage services to certain couples, they should be reassigned to positions in which they do not provide such services to anyone, and their compensation adjusted accordingly.
