Trish Bell: A call for parents to make
It is the responsibility of the Wake County Public School System to provide the number of instructional days and hours specified by law. It is the responsibility of parents to make decisions that are right for their individual families. Seems to me that some parents are unwilling to assume that responsibility. How sad.
