Lou Meyers: Bibi the sage
After Republicans in Congress were finished kneeling and kissing the ring of Israel’s prime minister – while turning their backs on our president over Iran – maybe they could have squeezed in time to consult “Bibi” Netanyahu on what steps he’d take – if he were our president – to replace Obamacare.
Netanyahu may very well have responded, “Israel has a nonprofit national health care system primarily funded through payroll and general tax revenue, and it works like a charm. You might want to try it.”
