Marcus Henry: H-1B program about cheap labor

Regarding the April 1 Point of View “Schools, industries need high-skilled immigrants”: I welcome anyone who wants to live in the United States but the H-1B visa program is about cheap labor, not skills.

I’ve worked with many hundreds of H-1B visa holders so poorly trained, I had to teach basic computer programming. Hard-working and interesting people to know but not high-skilled.
