Stephen Kandall: Legislature sells out to basketball
We have finally unraveled the conundrum which has plagued philosophers since Plato: Which is more important, human rights or NCAA basketball? It only took putting it to the North Carolina legislature, which reached an answer which satisfies its members in “repealing and replacing” House Bill 2. Shameful!
