Kenneth Elowitz: Majority should work in presidential elections too

Our United States Senate Republicans have now changed the law to allow a simple majority of votes to elect a Supreme Court Justice. Perhaps they will continue this effort and institute the same law of a simple majority of votes in electing the next president of the United States.
