Barbara Vandenbergh: ‘Fixing’ ACC tournament

Republicans in the North Carolina legislature are masters at changing election rules to guarantee that they win in the future.

Given that UNC, Duke, N.C. State and Wake Forest all lost in the ACC tournament, maybe they need to contact the Republicans to change the rules for them so they can be guaranteed to win in the future.
