Georgie F. Brizendine: Cooper’s records
Regarding the March 17 news article “Cooper wants more openness”: Now that the GOP has requested Attorney General Roy Cooper’s emails, correspondence, calendar, use of state vehicles, etc., will it prove too “burdensome” to produce these documents? Also how long will this take and will there be a “special service charge”? Perhaps it all depends on who is making the request.
