Katherine C. Meares: Make contraceptives available

It is interesting that there is so much said and written about families without fathers present, mothers on welfare, teen pregnancies and women having children they cannot afford to adequately support, and yet so little is said or done about encouraging girls and women to use contraception and making contraceptives available to all females.

I wonder how many wives of our legislators used contraception to limit the size of their families?
