Terry Partin: Interesting timing on Barefoot bill
Regarding the April 2 news article “Wake election changes passed”: If State Sen. Chad Barefoot is so interested in Wake County politics, I wonder why he didn’t run for a Wake County Board of Commissioners seat instead of running for the N.C. Senate? I also wonder why he didn’t sponsor his bill during his first term when Republicans held the majority on the Wake County Board of Commissioners.
