Donald Burdick: Intrusive GOP

Regarding the April 8 Point of View “A GOP attack on health choices”: So the Pat McElraft bill would make it a crime to teach students at state medical schools how to perform an abortion.

For years Republicans have been passing laws to restrict the freedom of individuals in the relationship between doctor and patient.

Now this bill would extend liberty-restricting regulation to the relationship between teacher and student at state medical schools.

It should be obvious by now to anyone paying attention that the Party of Guns is also Pro Intrusive Government.
