Lynda McDowell: Missed a few thanks

Regarding the full-page ad in the May 12 N&O by the North Carolina Chamber thanking Gov. Pat McCrory, Senate leader Phil Berger, House Speaker Tim Moore and the N.C. General Assembly for the tax reform savings and the job creation in North Carolina, it seems they forgot to thank a few other groups for this great news: the unemployed, the senior citizens and the middle class.

Credit needs to be given where credit is due.
