John R. Wasson: Develop in-state resources

Gov. Pat McCrory and other GOP politicians bemoan the lack of money to bribe companies to move to North Carolina while at the same time they work to destroy the local film industry.

It would be better for the government to educate and train a desirable work force, build up infrastructure and improve the quality of life in this great state. “Build the field and they will come.”
