Charles Adams: Flight born in N.C.

Barry Saunders’ May 18 column “Don’t fight – we’re first in flight” on which state is “First in Flight” stimulates me to share my question to anyone who advocates the Ohio position: If a baby is conceived in Ohio but born in North Carolina, which state issues the birth certificate?
