Regarding the May 15 news article “Duke Energy to pay $102 million”: How many think that it is Duke Energy that will pay the fine?

It is really us who will be paying. The price of electricity will go up to pay the fine.

Maybe it would be better if senior executives and board members have to pay the fine. They are responsible for the problem, and they should be responsible for the consequences of their actions.
