Isn’t it interesting? The North Carolina legislators who want to force women to wait 72 hours before getting an abortion see nothing wrong with anyone buying a gun through a private sale without a background check.

So the man who has been stalking his estranged wife or ex-girlfriend can buy a gun, drive to her place of employment, hide until she leaves work, hop out of the car and blow her away.

But he has probably been thinking about that for some time, so why bother him with a mandatory waiting period?
