Lawrence D. Krabill: Biased decision by court

Regarding the July 24 news article “School voucher program upheld” and Chief Justice Mark Martin’s majority explanation of the decision: Is there any way that a fair and impartial hearing will be given by this less-than-Supreme Court to anyone who contests any law passed by our legislature?

They seem ignorant of the Constitution and precedent, or so ideologically biased that they are willing to be activist jurists, or intimidated and controlled by legislative leaders or in the pocket of the “deep pockets” who have or will finance their political campaigns.
