Irene Smith: Obama’s positive legacy
Regarding the July 25 Point of View “When Obama-bashing ends friendships”: I agree with Wallace McLendon that the Obama haters, often disguised as seemingly rational people, are exasperating.
To be fair, I can recall my own pot at a constant boil during the administration of George W. Bush.
My response to Obama bashers is this: “History will judge him more positively than they do.”
I add silently to myself, “Not gonna happen to Dubya, though!”
