George Kelley: Misleading leaders

Regarding the July 29 column “What Obamacare supporters mean by ‘success’ ”: J. Peder Zane opened his Obamacare critique with the observation that “Democracy is tricky for those convinced they know what’s best for everyone else. To lead they must often mislead because the people are unwilling to support their vision.”

How ironic that he would disparage Obamacare supporters by comparing them to the GOP membership of the North Carolina General Assembly.
