Steve Clark: New, tacky cover-up at UNC

I was amused by the photo with the Aug. 14 news article “Saunders Hall at UNC now bears the name Carolina Hall” showing the installation of the new signage on Saunders Hall at UNC-CH.

Instead of replacing the limestone engraved with the old name, they’ve taken the easy route of covering up the old name with a cheap plastic sign.

I guess that is The Carolina Way these days.
