The Iran nuclear agreement is complicated and contains issues about which honest people can disagree. Some prominent Democrats have already indicated their opposition.
It will be interesting to see if any Republican politicians support the agreement. If none do, the obvious conclusion is that their opposition is based not on the terms of the agreement and what it means for our security, but on the fact that it was negotiated by President Obama’s administration.
That would be a sad indictment of today’s Republican Party.
