Tim Fairchild: Obama, too

I read with interest the Sept. 10 editorial “A false hero.” I agree that “public officials do not take the oath of office and accept their public salaries with the option of not doing their duty” and that such officials don’t have the right to pick and choose which laws they’ll enforce. Clearly personal beliefs shouldn’t trump the sworn duty of elected officials.

Since you use these carefully crafted arguments to call for Kim Davis to resign, I assume you will be making the same request of President Obama?
