Doug Jurney: Perplexing poll

I am not a political junkie, but I do try to find logic in our political discourse. Recent polls showed President Obama’s latest approval rating at 52 percent. The same polling put Congress’ rating at 9 percent. Yet the (Republican) Congress criticizes everything Obama says and does. Maybe it’s just that I am too dumb to understand politics.
