Susie Putnam: Welcome Davis to N.C.

I have a solution for Kim Davis, the Kentucky clerk who was jailed for refusing to issue marriage certificates to gay couples. She can move to North Carolina and refuse to marry gay couples to her heart’s desire, thanks to North Carolina’s Republican legislators, who enacted a law over their Republican governor’s veto to allow magistrates to opt out of issuing licenses to gays.

I am sure they would welcome her to North Carolina with a ticker-tape parade.
