Hylton Lawrence: Expensive dorm

Regarding the Sept. 14 sports column “N.C. State’s $15M dorm”: $15 million for an athletic dorm at N.C. State? I wonder whether the Wolfpack Club ever votes on anything like this. Will the college athletic insanity continue? Crazy.
