Andrew Sleeth: Monkey see, monkey don’t

Perusing the daily progress reports of the General Assembly’s session, I was reminded of the ages-old probability hypothesis that speculates that if one locked 100 monkeys with 100 typewriters in a room and gave them enough time, eventually something worthy of William Shakespeare would roll off the platen.

I commend our legislative leaders for their courage and stamina putting this theory to the test ... and roundly disproving it beyond all doubt.
