Denise Bricker: Not all guilty on death row

Regarding the Oct. 7 letter “Refuting death penalty claims”: Has Speaker Pro Tem Paul Stam missed the innocents that were on death row? Just because they weren’t executed prior to the grievous mistakes being caught does not negate the fact they were on death row.

Or to simplify: “Better 10 guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer.” – Sir William Blackstone.
