Carol Conway: Just give teen an F

You’ve printed a lot of letters in defense of the officer who tossed the South Carolina teen from her chair, essentially justifying his actions by saying she started it so it’s her fault. Such petty authoritarians!

Did not the teacher make it clear beforehand that any phone use during an exam would be deemed cheating? A far more measured response would have been to just let the girl sit there – and give her an F on the test.
