Stan Allen: ‘Extremists’ not ‘terrorists’

I am sick of the term “terrorist.” It’s a loaded word that, simply by being used, creates victims. It has a cachet that probably attracts some people who are looking for something to give their lives meaning. Whoever invented it should not be proud.

I think “extremist” is a much more neutral, objective and accurate term. It also fits just about any cause or belief system.
