Robert Y. George: Ross’ work not done

The Nov. 16 letter “Saving President Ross” was misleading by stating erroneously that we lost UNC President Tom Ross’ job.

Quite frankly, we have gained a remarkable “Tar Heel” talent to continue to have his dedicated service for uplifting not only higher education in North Carolina but also taking our proud state to greater heights, as former UNC president William Friday did when he retired.
