Don Hutchinson: Over the cliff

The perceived cost savings of burning fossil fuels rather than investing in renewable sources will be long forgotten when our water and air are polluted beyond repair. We can make mistakes on economic issues and find ways to correct them, but if we are wrong on polluting our environment, we won’t know the reality of our mistakes until it is too late. We are approaching a tipping point that cannot be reversed.
