Stewart Vick: Charge the prosecutors

Regarding the Jan. 12 news article “Mumma, fighter for wrongly convicted, faces hearing”: I find it interesting that the N.C. State Bar charges attorney Christine Mumma with professional misconduct in her efforts to prove the innocence of those wrongly convicted while ignoring the prosecutorial misconduct that led to the conviction in this case in the first place. What’s wrong with this picture?
