John W. Hinshaw: Report will begin attacks on UNC

Regarding the Jan. 9 news article “Consultants will study UNC before Spellings starts work”: When the Boston Consulting Group releases it report, the real objective of Margaret Spellings, the UNC Board of Governors and the anonymous donor will be revealed.

Since it is unlikely to deviate from the marching orders that BCG received, it will be used to provide cover for a politically motivated attack on the university system with UNC-CH and academic freedom as the primary targets.
