John Fricks: Everyone entitled to vote

The writer of the Jan. 27 letter “Easy IDs” clearly doesn’t understand the right to vote. Many U.S. citizens of voting age don’t have access to doctors, banks, credit cards or cars. Some, not even a birth certificate. Try to understand that! They’re still entitled to vote.
