Steve Hensen: Clarification indeed
Regarding the Jan. 21 letter “Sales tax reductions”: Rep. Paul Stam seems unable to resist the urge to “clarify” on matters of Republican policy and action in letters to the editor. Every time he does so, I am reminded of the saying: “Better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you’re a fool than open it and remove all doubt.”
