I have just completed the request form for a state absentee ballot. It took me less than 10 minutes to complete, and it was as simple as furnishing my name, address and phone number.
I did this on behalf of my father who is currently in a wellness center, but I saw no reason any registered voter could not request one. No ID card? No problem. Fill out the form and drop it in the mail. The vote will count and no one will not have to drive to the polls. Problem solved.
