Pamela L. Chevalier: Give IDs when registering to vote

I have a simple solution to the voter ID controversy. Why can’t the local board of elections issue photo IDs with the voter registration card when a person registers to vote? Take the dollars spent fighting over the law and buy cameras for all boards of election. Simple.
