Joan M. Fletcher: The deserving BCBS workers

Regarding the Feb. 27 news article “Blue Cross turns profit despite ACA losses”: As Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina CEO Brad Wilson and all other Blue Cross executives received large raises and bonuses, did any of the workers who had to field calls from angry, frustrated, exasperated and downright frightened customers receive raises for their efforts, under fire, to comfort and explain the unexplainable? Shame on the BCBSNC executives – disgraceful.
