Richard Kane: A better DMV experience

Regarding the March 9 Point of View “Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting”: I was sad to read of the lengthy experience Maritza Pearce had at the DMV site in Durham.

I recently renewed my driver’s license at the Avent Ferry site in Raleigh. It took 15 minutes with a delightful employee. Thanks go to the folks at Avent Ferry DMV.
