Herb Lacey: Let people decide fate of HB2

With the firestorm over the “bathroom ordinance” enacted by the Charlotte City Council, it seems to me that a higher level of decision making needs to be employed.

North Carolina is being beaten around our collective heads and shoulders. Enough already!

On June 7, there will be a primary election. Why not add a referendum on HB2 to let the people decide this one.
