Partha B. Howell: Not a true Catholic view
I must comment on the April 3 letter “LGBT lobby vindictive.” I, too, am a Roman Catholic, a cradle Catholic who attended Catholic school and still practices my faith.
The “guidance” I have always received from the church is love, mercy and forgiveness. Perhaps the letter writer should soften his “rhetoric.”
I have LGBT friends and family who are neither “judgmental and vindictive” nor destroyers of families and society. HB2 is wrong for North Carolina, and we are truly better than this!
