Charlie Little: Political disconnection

Regarding the March 19 column “No, not Trump, not ever”: David Brooks’ comments personified the disconnect between the elitist commentators and their friends at the public feeding trough with those of us outside of D.C.

They were not smart enough to understand the mood of the country, but only they are smart enough to fix things? I say, no, not Brooks, not ever.
