Leigh LeClair: Put redistricting on ballot

Regarding the April 28 news article “Voter referendum on House Bill 2 possible”: If the General Assembly were really serious about a ballot referendum, maybe North Carolina voters should make the decision about a nonpartisan board to un-gerrymander our congressional, state and local districts. Bet that would pass with a large majority.
